To maintain Sanctuary's distinctive and exclusive nature, we ask our guests to observe a few basic guidelines.

• Organizations, wedding parties and guests are not permitted access to the golf course during special events. The natural surroundings of Sanctuary attract a variety of wildlife, including rattlesnakes. For everyone’s safety, guests must stay in the clubhouse and designated event areas.
• To maintain the upscale atmosphere at Sanctuary, all guests are subject to Sanctuary’s dress code. Short shorts, cut-offs, bib overalls, t-shirts and jean/denims are not appropriate attire.
• Children are welcome to attend special events at Sanctuary, but must be supervised at all times.

• Sanctuary's outdoor pavilion is a beautiful location for ceremonies. It is open on three sides overlooking the spectacular golf course, with a fireplace on the fourth wall. The flagstone floor, stone pillars, iron chandeliers and vaulted ceiling add to the allure. The views create an amazing backdrop for the ceremony, as you become man and wife.
• Sanctuary's locker rooms are unlike any you have seen before, with a spacious design and an abundance of mirrors. You and your wedding party are invited to use these facilities as changing rooms.

• The wedding consultant can be as involved or uninvolved as you desire. Among other services, Sanctuary's consultant can provide recommendations for related services, line up the wedding party, coordinate with other wedding service providers, and answer your numerous questions. Our goal is to prepare you for a spectacular day of wedding bliss.

• Sanctuary has an exclusive catering team that has served discriminating palates since the course's inception. We are happy to specially design your menus and create the personalized event you're looking for.

• No. Sanctuary’s liquor license prohibits individuals from bringing in their own alcohol; however the full-service bar is ready to offer the beverage of your choice.

• No. Sanctuary allows one special event at a time, so you will have exclusive use of the special event space.

• Yes. The ninth green offers a picturesque waterfall as a breathtaking backdrop to wedding photos. Many other spectacular settings exist in and around the Sanctuary clubhouse.
